Besides running a family boot camp consisting of four daughters, plus mom and granny, Denno also has a passion for real estate.

In the good old days, Denno was a civil engineer. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. He then continued his studies at Lawrence Technical University, earning his second Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Graduating and working for some time in the US, he then immigrated to Canada in 1991. After meeting his wife, they settled in Oakville, Ontario to start a new life.

Before becoming an agent, Denno already had an extensive knowledge in real estate, including residential and commercial;


  • Property management,
  • Property development, renovations, and repairs,
  • Leases, and their related legal structures,
  • Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants,
  • Monthly rent accounting; preparing commercial rent rolls for banks, 
  • Annual MPAC (assessment & classification) form submissions for commercial properties. 
  • Filing landlord claims with the “Landlord and Tenants Board” in Ontario.
  • Submitting city site plans, building permits, and variances.


Denno also strives to maintain a paperless environment as much as possible, with a high skill set in graphic interface and design.




During the last fifteen years of various business management, Denno was also involved in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate.
